NOTE: According to the new bylaws, adopted by the board in February 2025, officers are elected by members and can serve up to two consecutive 3-year terms. The Nominating Subcommittee will propose candidates for president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer, but members can also nominate candidates through the subcommittee. Members receive an online ballot 30 days before the annual meeting, and whoever gets the most votes wins—it’s that simple. Results are announced at the annual meeting, where the newly elected officers take over right away. If there’s ever a tie, the current board will cast secret ballots to break it.
