The Fort Smith (Arkansas) Regional Art Museum seeks an executive director to serve as the CEO, leading the day-to-day operations while maintaining focus on long term growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of non-profit leadership and administration with a knowledge and appreciation of the arts.
Salary range: $ 85,000 – 95,000

Education and experience: Bachelor degree (Master degree preferred) in related field and minimum of five years progressive, professional experience in an art museum, including at least two years in a management capacity with a financial emphasis.
