Thank you to Virginia Howell, Museum Director for the Robert C. Williams Museum of Papermaking at the Georgia Institute of Technology, for being our Georgia State Representative!
From Virginia:
“I am excited to be the new Georgia Representative for AAMG. I started my museum career in a University museum, and have spent the last 10 years at the Robert C. Williams Museum of Papermaking at Georgia Tech. Academic museums are special to me, because we serve not only our larger communities, but we have the opportunity to develop unique experiences for college and university students. The people I meet from academic museums share so many similar experiences; I really appreciate knowing there is support and encouragement from others in the field.”
