Dear academic museum colleagues,
We’re pleased to announce the transition of our listserv from Yahoo! Groups to Groups.io. Please rest assured that the automated messages that many of you are receiving is legitimate. We will be updating our website and the new Groups.io page in the coming days to reflect this change.
We hope the new listserv platform will bring a wealth of increased functionality to our already vibrant online community. As many of you are likely aware, Yahoo! was recently acquired by Verizon Wireless this past summer. The AAMG board thought it best to transition our membership as well as the listserv archive to a new platform before Verizon discontinues or drops support for the Yahoo! Groups product.
